What we learned together this week

Our flipped classroom format is exactly what it sounds like - it inverts a conventional classroom experience by carving out more time for doubts and insights that are hard to capture through newsletters, masterclasses and 1:1 office hours. The idea behind this is that peer sharing and social learning complemented by a guided discussion under a trained coach works wonders for grasping complex concepts. We have had the Writing Bootcamp, Education Policy Bootcamp, Careers in Policy Bootcamp, Masters+MBA weekly huddle and the CEO Fellowship in this format.

Taking this further, we are excited to launch the "I don't know what I want to do with my life” Fellowship. This age-agnostic fellowship will help you learn new things, read charming content, meet interesting people and discover what piques your curiosity. No one else can tell you what you should do. The decision needs to come from you but there are some proven techniques that can help figure out the problem that needs you the most. Isn’t that what your work should be about?

1. Discussion on the Newsletter Economy Probably the most evident development of the knowledge economy is the increased possibility of monetizing your passion and building a second income. In this discussion, we explored -

   3. the importance of creating communities to monetizing your passion.

2. Brain Jam: Your Consumption Diet for the WeekEvery day we read scores of articles, research reports and select the most interesting ones for the Wednesday edition of our newsletter.
